Organizational partnerships
The value of the room reaches beyond the leader in it.
Consequential decisions rarely stay in one part of an organization. A choice made at the top reshapes the work of the finance, operations, clinical, technology and commercial teams that carry it forward. 4mul8 is an annual relationship with the organization, so what a leader gains in the rooms keeps working inside the company after they return.

More than one leader, more than one conversation
Bring consequential questions into an independent room
Members work alongside experienced executives from across healthcare, selected for the assumptions they can challenge and the operating realities they bring.
Extend the thinking inside the organization
Virtual working sessions run every other month. Each Partner leader may bring a colleague, so more of the organization hears the discussion and carries it into its own work.
Build relationships that last
A trusted relationship outside the company matters most when a new decision emerges or an assumption needs testing. These relationships form through mutual interest, and introductions are never sold.
Help m4 understand the questions ahead
Deeper partnerships include scheduled private conversations with m4 about the organization's priorities and uncertainties, so future rooms stay relevant. The decisions remain the organization's own.
Partnership levels
One partnership, three depths
Organizations take part at different depths, depending on how many leaders they want involved, which rooms matter most and how closely they want to work with m4 through the year.
Establish the relationship
A continuing place for an organization's senior leadership. One leader joins a Jackson Hole room alongside an Integrator, with virtual working sessions through the year and a place at a Continuous dinner.
Deepen the relationship
Extends the relationship into Key West, where a smaller room allows more concentrated discussion. Adds dedicated time with m4 to examine the questions facing the organization, and more places at Continuous dinners.
Broaden participation
For organizations that want several senior leaders engaged. Brings additional leaders into Jackson Hole, includes Key West, adds Continuous places and more frequent private conversations with m4.
A deeper partnership creates more opportunities for an organization's leaders to examine consequential decisions. It never confers authority over a room or its conclusions.
How the rooms are protected
Access does not buy influence
Every partnership operates under the same principles. m4 determines the composition of each room. Partners may nominate Integrators for Jackson Hole, and m4 places them where the room needs them.
No sponsor steers the conversation, no introduction is for sale and no conclusion is set in advance. m4 has no IP, investment, transaction or implementation upside tied to any leader's decision, and the organization keeps responsibility for its own choices. The rooms remain small by design, at every depth of partnership.
Planning the relationship
Start with the decisions ahead
The right depth depends on the leaders an organization wants involved and the questions it expects to face in the coming year. A first conversation with m4 shows how the model might work for you and whether there is a fit on both sides. Annual allocations and terms are shared privately.
